GetInsuredBC provides insurance brokerage services, helping British Columbia residents find and compare life insurance, critical illness insurance, and disability insurance products. We act as an intermediary between you and insurance providers. We do not underwrite or issue policies directly, guarantee approval or specific rates, or provide legal, financial, or tax advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials; notify us of any unauthorized use; use our services in compliance with applicable laws; and not misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

4. Insurance Applications

When you submit an application through our service, you authorize us to share your information with insurance providers. Final approval and rates are determined solely by the insurance company, all policies are subject to the issuing insurer's terms, and you may be required to undergo medical examinations or provide additional documentation.

5. Fees and Compensation

Our services are typically provided at no direct cost to you. We receive compensation from insurance providers when you purchase a policy through our service. This does not affect the price you pay for insurance.

All content on this website is the property of GetInsuredBC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that all information is complete or accurate, or that you will qualify for any particular product or rate.

8. Limitation of Liability
